Lỗi Operation aborted khi cài Visual Studio Community 2015

Lỗi Operation aborted khi chạy file vs_community_ENU.exe (209KB) để cài đặt Visual Studio Community 2015 trên server chạy Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2.

Run as Administrator vẫn bị lỗi tương tự.
Xóa nội dung trong folder %Temp% cũng vẫn bị lỗi tương tự.

Chạy lệnh cài đăt

vs_community_ENU.exe /l vs_community_ENU.log
